Order to Release Dog
Ondleceh (3, 2019, came on to be heard the above-styled and numbered
matter, and the Court finds satisfactory measures have been taken to secure
the release of the subject animal, Icon, to its rightful owner. To that end the
Court orders the following:
1. The animal named Icon, currently in the custody of the Collin County
Anima] Shelter is to be released instanter to his rightful owner or an
authorized representative;
2. Upon taking possession of the animal, the owner shall transfer it to
the custody of his personal veterinarian for the animal to housed until
arrangements can be made to remove the animal from the City of
Friscopand Hencetter,
8. The animal may not return to the City of Frisco without further Court
order;
4. Violation of this Order shall be punishable by contempt.
