SCHEDULE OF SPECIALIST CONTRACTOR DESIGN RESPONSIBILITIES

The following list represents the design that will be completed by the main contractor's specialists. The design intent submitted by the client's consultant
team and the novated consultant team will be completed post contract award by the specialist contractors. Shop drawings will be required for approval. The
novated consultant team will check the specialist contractor's information for approval in accordance with the contract design intent information prior to
submission to the Supervisor for Acceptance. This list does not incorporate all the contractor design responsibility but shows the areas of responsibility
handed over by the novated design team to specialists.

40. Size of all final circuits from distribution boards in relation to grouping and containment routes
41. Detailed coordination between building services, building structure and fabric
42. Secondary steelwork support structures and bracketry, fixing systems, lifting beams, maintenance access and access safety systems, including structural calculatio
43. Design of syphonic rainwater systems based on site installation and submission of calculations
44. Check the cable sizing for all sub mains using selected equipment actual loads
45. Acoustic performance and attenuation of plant and equipment based on final installation drawings and equipment details
46. Develop the design intent details using selected system/equipment vendor details for lighting control, network metering, EPG
47. Carry out electrical protection grading inclusive of protection grading charts
48. Provision of builders work drawings
49. Develop the design intent for specialist equipment supplies and earthing once vendor has been selected
