SUBJECT : SUBMISSION OF JUSTIFICATION LETTER REGARDING THE

STATUS OF THE PROJECT ENTITLED “DRR RESCUE VEHICLE
IN MUNICIPAL WIDE” MARKED AS NOT YET STARTED IN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF LUBAO UNDER FY 2018 ASSISTANCE TO
MUNICIPALITIES (AM) PROGRAM

DATE : MARCH 04, 2019

This has reference to the status of the one (1) project in the Municipality of Lubao
marked as “Not yet started” in the submitted Locally-Funded Projects Signed Monthly
Report as of February 25, 2019.

With this, please enjoin the LGU to submit a justification letter highlighting the
specific cause of delays and/or problems encountered on the implementation of the project
together with a catch-up plan.

In this regard, you are directed to submit the needed reports regarding the above-
mentioned concern and shall receive to this level not later than March 08, 2019
