Thesis Statement  Dancing is a great way to improve one’s mental health and make

Please explain your  I will be getting a group of four high school students who feel like

details?)  to learn a routine by watching and practicing. After I recruit the four 
students. I will interview them twice, once about their experience 
with dance and what they personally hope to achieve by the end of 
the 5 weeks we practice.The second time will be a summary about 
the four weeks they have experienced and I will ask them if they 
have achieved any of their personal goals. Through the weeks I will 
record and post a minimum of four videos on youtube. By the end 
of it we will perform it in public on Sunday, March 10th and then a 
day after on March 11th we will go to Liberty Elementary School 
and teach the girls club there that the can express themselves 
however they want through dance. All of these things will be 
recorded and posted via youtube. 

Describe the connection  My research showed that through dance you are able to improve 
between your research  your mental health. They described that dance can be a source of
