CABALIAN CELEBRATE 158th FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY

San Juan Celebrates 158th Founding Anniversary with the theme of

“ KALAMBUAN SA LUNGSOD KALAMBUAN SA NASOD” , held in Rizal Park at 7:30

pm in September 15,2018.

Based on Dr. Lamberto Batino Jr. ,kabalian festival has trilogy .Kabali-an has lots
of “BULI” , so they suggest to call it kabuli-an Festival.Second about “LIAN” ,Lian means
busssiness men who come in kabali-an because from th past cabalian is the business
industries. So,they suggest to call LIAN-LIAN Festival .Lastly ,when Magellan passsed by
in kabali-an and his “PALO” had broken near in kabali-an .So, now they called it Kabali-
an Festival.

They started the program at 7:30 pm hosted by Mrs. Alexandro Agoylo and
Juressa Lobo, then next was Doxology by SASOLE Performing Arts , followed by National
Anthem and Provincial Hymm by the municipality Vice Mayor Hon. Lolito A. Casera Jr.
After the welcome address , they started th dance competition.

After the dance competition , they announce the winner of the compitition and
the first is SLSU, second is NATIONAL AGENCY , third is LGU , fourth is LIGA NG MGA
BARANGAY , fifth is SAN JUAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL and the sixth is SAN JUAN
ELEM. SCHOOL.
