Title: “Stop Global Warming: Inclusive Renewable Energy on Industrial Sector Towards
Environmental Sustainability in 2030.”
In 2030, Inclusive and Sustainable Industrial Development (ISID) and SDG 9: Industry and
Innovation Infrastructure will be achieved, especially in environmental sector. 78% of carbon
emission is now caused by fossils fuels and industrial activity (Fjord, 2014). The issue of
environmental sustainability in industry now is very alarming and is connected with the potency of
global warming. Moreover, global warming could give social impact, especially from explorations
industry. So, if global warming does not get special attention, it could make a nightmare for
humankind. Global warming is indeed main challenge we face today.
The video shows a question because of developing countries, like Indonesia, are more
focusing on funding other sectors like education, health and etc. while developed countries are
focusing on renewable energy technologies.
“These past few weeks have left us all with a profound sense of humility in the face of nature's
destructive power. For years, we operated under the belief that we could continue consuming our
planet's natural resources without consequence, we were wrong. Not only Americans but people all
around the globe are now guests in the nations we once called the third world,” quoted from The Day

After Tomorrow movie. The third world that is difficult to use renewable energy actually gives big
impact to the world. Therefore, renewable energy must be inclusive.
To address this, it is critical to pay more attention to the government rule and regulation about
the environment, primarily from International Organization for Standardization, ISO. And of course
UNIDO is contemplating these questions so that ISID & SDG-9 in industry sector will be truly
achieved and inclusive.
