where they must fill it out using the examples

from around the class.

should eat each type of food, this can just be a

guess but it will get the students thinking, once the

students have guessed the teacher can say the

answer which should be:

 33% bread, potatoes, rice

 33% fruit and vegetables

 15% dairy food

 12% eggs, meat, fish, beans

 8% drinks and food high in sugar or fat (a

little bit of sugar and fat is needed)

it in their poster under the healthy eating section.

students and have set questions about the content

questions about what the benefits of healthy eating

are, if students are unsure about them still they can

look at their poster on the iPad for the answers.

foods in the food pyramid and also what types of

food the students should be eating and how much

of these.

save their poster as they will be working on it next
