The Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish Commission on Youth are sending delegates to the stated event above.
The host for this event is the Vicariate of Carigara, Archdiocese of Palo to be held at Barugo, Leyte. The
delegates must be a member of the Youth Ministry in the Vicariate of Tacloban and Archdiocese of Palo.

The Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish Commission on Youth is humbly asking for permission in-case your child
is one of the chosen delegates for the said event.
