MINUTES OF THE MEETING

Sin of Pride Company

March 12, 2019

The special meeting of the Sin of Pride Company was held on Tuesday March 12,
2019 at 3:12 p.m at room 310, 3rd floor Main Building of CIT-U. President Pacho was
the presider of the meeting. The Vice-President, Heads from Finance, Sales and HR
department, as well as the LGBTQ+ representative were present.

The meeting was called to address the existing discrimination against LGBTQ+ in
the company.

The President introduced Ms. Oliveros to review the problem received from
complaints against discrimination.

Mr. Ejercito, the company’s Finance Head, moved “that before conducting workshop
with employees catering the LGBTQ+, the company should first have its
teambuilding to enhance the employees’ social relations.“ The motion was agreed
after further discussion.

Ms. Pasilan, the representative of the LGBTQ+, on the other hand moved “that it is
also necessary to seek professional help in order to fully understand the
psychological aspect of the addressed issue.”

The President asked the Vice-President, Mr. Cabrillos, about his perspective on the
addressed issue.

At the conclusion of the Vice-President’s talk, the resolution to the existence

discrimination of LGBTQ+ was to “condemn the kinds of acts and put on legal
sanctions against such hostility”. The company should therefore take sides to the
victim and never to the oppressor; therefore neutrality in the issue must not be
encouraged.

Prior to the latter motion, Ms. Barona, the Sales Head, moved” that her department
will have a specific seminar in addressing the issue.” The motion was agreed after
further explanation.

The meeting was adjourned at 3:33 p.m.
