advertising the product. The Financial Team is led by Ms. Kriziabel M. Evangelista & Ms.
Crizel Dela Cruz Catubay they are responsible for budgeting and allocating necessary
funds for action taken by the company. Key Personnel as a big role in the company as
they contribute any decision, wise action and expertism that may lead in the company’s
success.

The business naturally produce waste and as a business that is discipline and
responsible enough to handle the waste made by the business, a proper disposal of
waste will be practiced. The company have a 3 trash bins that segregate the waste
material into three sections. The bio-degradable, Non-biodegradable, and solid or
organic waste. The Municipality of Bauan mandated the law on how to obey it. That’s
why the Municipality plan to have a truck once a week where the trash will be collected.
Waste Management is important to business because all the trash being used was
collected, and the area was clean. Proper disposal of waste material can also help to

owner would contribute equal shares as a start-up capital, but the manager Ms.

funds of the business would be coming from the personal savings of each part owner.
