DAILY RUNNING ORDER

Learning outcome: Sts will be able to apply the different uses of MAY, MIGHT, and WILL
DEFINITELY OR DEFINITELY NOT by Planning a café makeover.

Teacher. Asks CCQ 1=about the use of MAY, MIGHT, and WILL DEFINITELY OR
1 DEFINITELY NOT. 2= adjectives ALL: answer
Teacher. Introduces ex. 1, 2, 3, p 84-85. By asking questions about the main
2 picture. Then, she asks about what problems we could find in restaurants in
general.

1s./2s. Sts work in groups and discuss. (Ex 1) Then, pass their answers to be
3 checked by other group.
Teacher. Asks sts to scan the reading on p 85 and find negative adjectives

1s./2s. Read the passages assigned (p. 85) and complete the sentences by
5 replacing negative adjectives with positive ones.

2s. Sts use the useful language to improve the café. Then, pass their answers to
6 be checked by other group and to find similarities and differences.
Finally,

ALL: Vote for the best solutions and build a single improvement proposal.
