It means that, our job as a leader is build the organization by recruiting good people with the clear vison on where
and what we want our people to become. Hence, business results towards successful organization will inevitably
proper.

A leader is a teacher, has a vision, he touches the heart before he gets people to move, he is purpose driven, has an
ability and strategy to transform, has ethical standards by which he stands by, accountable to himself, leads by
example and lastly, seeing greatness and potential to his people to become great.

NO, because every leader has developed a style based on his or her individual traits and purpose. As they say, there is
no one size fits all approach to leadership.

Because the leader doesn’t have clear vision and careful direction on where his people want to go.

By digging deeper into people’s purpose or the WHY or “Hugot” and most importantly the song of his or her heart.

A vision is a direction where you want your people to go.

Because having a clear vision will motivate a leader and his people and it serves as a catalyst to create team spirit.

Because it serves as a roadmap to achieve people’s dream but, without action a dream is just a dream. Hence, the
power of a vision comes from the leader.

This means that as a leader we should not be confused with the company’s vision vs the organization’s vision.
Example in our people’s KPI do not settle for minimum production. Set the bar higher and make it something
striving for.

Because it empowers people to get in their path to success and growth of the organization.

Everything starts with a vision. Something that is big a dream a passion that you can build, change and impact other
people’s lives in the future.

background hire somebody who can sync with you and the team.

Because your value is your core foundation on who you are as well as your people. Therefore, having such as value-
oriented people in the organization will make it easier for the organization to grow and become successful.
