INFORMATION

The undersigned Associate City Prosecutor accuses RAV

RAMOS, a resident of Brgy. West Rembo, Makati City, Philippines of
the crime of RAPE, defined and penalized under Article 266-A, par.
1(b), of the Revised Penal Code, as amended, committed as follows:

That on or about the 26th day of December 2018, in the City of

Las Piñas, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court,
the above-named accused, did the and there, willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously raped the person of Anna Cruz, by
inserting his penis into the complainant’s vagina, while she was
deprived of reason and while she was unconscious.

That the said victim suffered actual and moral damages in the
amount as may be rewarded by the Honorable Court under the
provisions of the New Civil Code of the Philippines.
