INTRODUCTION:
A summer internship program is desined to learn
pratical implication of the theory practices. As a part of summer internship
program I choosen to join HCL Technologies Nagpur. Which was conducted
for 3 Months. I worked with HCL in Freshers Sourcing team.Which deals with
the recruitment and selction process for the Freshers Candidate.

Joint Venture
On 23 July 2015, CSC (NYSE: CSC) and HCL Technologies (BSE: HCLTECH)
announced a joint venture agreement to form a banking software and services
company, Celeriti FinTech.
In October 2017, IBM struck a "strategic partnership" with HCL Technologies that had
the latter firm take over development of the IBM Lotus Software's Notes, Domino,
Sametime and Verse collaboration tools.[51]
In May 2018, HCL Technologies announced that it has joined hands with Transportation
Alliance (BITA), known for incorporating blockchain in the transportation industry, to
implement blockchain

On 16 June 2015 PC maker DELL announced a strategic distribution partnership with
HCL Infosystems[53]

ENGINEERING PROGRAMM:

Eligibility:
 Engineering Graduates B.E / B. Tech / MCA / M.E / M. Tech/ M. Sc (IT/ CS)
 With or without relevant work experience in IT
 Women who wish to resume their career
 Local residents of Nagpur (within 35 Kms range)
 65% & above Marks in Class X, Class XII and Graduation (and PG if pursued)

Program Details:
The six month long training program follows a three-pronged structure to round up the
learning and training needs of graduates / engineers before they join HCL. The half-
yearly tenure comprises: Common Foundation Training, Track Specific Technical
Training and Professional Practice Term training leading to final deployment with HCL in
Nagpur. The training of the program takes place in reputed Shiv Nadar University,
Noida in a state of the art campus.

Selection Process:
At HCL Nagpur we have a standardized selection process comprising of:
 Career Counselling
 Online Aptitude Test / Technical Test
 Technical Interview
 HR Interview

Program Duration:
Six Months (Three months of classroom training & three months of Professional
Practice Term). Training for the program is conducted at HCL Technologies campus in
Manesar, Gurugram.

Program Fee:
INR 2 Lakhs + Applicable Taxes. Financial assistance in the form of bank loans is
available.
SERVICE DESK PROGRAMM:

Eligibility:
 Science Graduates B.Sc (PCM /IT/ CS), BCA, BCCA, Diploma (IT/CS/ETC)
 55% & above Marks in Class X, Class XII and Graduation/Diploma (and PG if pursued)
 Age and gender no bar
 Women worked in IT and returning after career break
 Local residents of Nagpur (within 35 Kms range)

Program Details:
The three month long training program prepares graduates for IT Service Management (Service
Desk) roles. The program comprises: Common Foundation Training, Behavioural Cultural
Sensitization Training and Professional Practice Term training leading to final deployment with
HCL in Nagpur. The Professional Practice Term allows you to learn on the job on real time client
issues by utilizing HCL’s massive client environment. Post successful completion of the training
program, candidates are deployed in HCL Nagpur.

Program Duration:
Three Months (Two months of classroom training & one months of Professional Practice Term).
Training for the program is conducted in Nagpur only.

Program Fee:
INR 1,00,000 + Applicable Taxes. Financial assistance in the form of bank loans is available.
The training for the program will be conducted by HCL Training and Staffing Services (a division
subsidiary of HCL Technologies). The Deployment post successful completion of the training
program will happen with HCL Technologies.
ECP PROGRAM:

Program Details:
 Tech Bee – HCL’s Early Career Program is clustered into following sets:
o Foundation Training Program – Technical Foundation Training to create deployment
ready talent pool
o Technology / Domain Training – stream specific training to ensure that all tasks
pertaining to the role can be performed
o Role Specific Training – hands-on project work to be assigned during the professional
practice term
o Classroom training that lays strong emphasis on practical exercises, continuous
assessments and assignments
 The candidates have access to the Learning Management System that helps them with peer
based discussions, online assessments, assignments and case based submissions
 The candidates will also learn the fundamentals of Information technology, relevant software
tools, processes and life skills during the training

Program Duration:
Fifteen Months

Program Fee:
 The fee for this program is INR 2 Lakh + Applicable Taxes (Financial assistance in the form
of bank loan is available)
 Financial assitance is arranged in a way that there is no financial burden on parents or
students and deduction of fee paid starts from 3rd year of employment
 Get 100% program fee waiver (if you score 90% and above in your training) and 50% fee
waiver (if you score between 85-90% in your training)
