REPLY TO NOTICE U/s 91 Cr.P.C.

 
The Applicant Most Respectfully submits:
 
1. That the notice U/S 91 Cr.P.C. was handed over to the undersigned on
01.09.2018 by your goodself with direction to provide you CCTV footage of
the cameras installed in front of the house of the undersigned for 25.08.2018
for the period 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM alongwith Certificate U/s 65B Indian
Evidence Act. If we are unable to provide the CCTV footage, then provide the
DVR of the same.

2. It is submitted that Chinese cameras had been installed for safety and
security purposes of the old aged parents of the undersigned in the month of
June 2017, after the undersigned had been attacked by gram pradhan and his
brothers on 13.03.2017.

3. However, in the months of October-November, 2017, due to lack of proper

care of the electronic system by the old aged parents of the undersigned and
monkey menace, the entire system got damaged/defected and cameras got
non-functional and the money spent on cameras proved to sheer wastage.

4. Thereafter, the entire internal system was removed and sold to some junk
dealer in the month of November-December, 2017 and no new internal
system was re-installed thereafter. However, cameras are still in existence in
front of the gate of the undersigned without any internal system, DVR etc.

In view of the above, the undersigned / complainant is handicapped and is unable to

provide the said CCTV footage of the cameras installed in front of his gate and is
unfortunately unable to provide one more substantial and credible proof to
strengthen his own case beyond reasonable doubt.
