(SOFP)
Seller Own Fleet Portal is a new feature for sellers who are using their own shipping services
(Seller Fleet), where sellers can easily upload the proof of delivery (POD) after the package
is delivered.
This feature is in the form of a portal/website that will replace the use of a traditional online
form.
How to access SOFP?
You can access Seller Own Fleet Portal through the following link:
https://sofp-my.lel.asia
The account (e-mail) you use at your Seller Center is automatically connected to SOFP. The
user account creation for this portal will be readily accessed starting from Monday, August
20, 2018 at 8:00 a.m
After the account has been created, you can then enter the portal by filling in your;
Username: Seller center email address
Password: Lazada123
For security reasons, please change your password immediately after logging into the SOFP
portal

4. Select “Manage orders ” to view and proceed with the next step

7.1 Fill in your unique Seller Fleet tracking ID & click “Save tracking ID”

9. After the package has been updated to "Ready to ship ", the data will be linked to the Seller
Own Fleet Portal (SOFP) under “shipped” status . To access please go to https://sofp-
my.lel.asia
10. Log on by using your registered e-mail address as per the seller center with the default first
time login password "Lazada123” . Click "Login".

11. Select the status that you wish to view, which in this case is shipped:
13. To update to delivered, please make sure to upload a valid proof of delivery by choosing a
pdf or image format file. The file must be within 1 MB in size.
Click "Upload". You will find that the order status is changed immediately in the seller center
upon a successful upload.
SOFP – Cancel Package
14. If you fail to deliver & choose to cancel the order, you can also update the status of
your order to the "Failed Delivery" status by choosing the "Cancel Package" button,
followed by the reason of the cancellation.
14.1 Please select the actual reason, then click "Cancel Package".

Once the update is received in the Seller Center, your payment will be processed as normal.
FAQ
• Q: When can I start to see the order status update in Seller Center?
A: The status update is almost immediate depending on your internet connection speed
• Q: Is there a maximum number for the secondary user access creation?
A: No, there is no limit. You can use this function to keep track on the change that is done by your employees
• Q: Can I recommend SOFP to my seller friend?
A: This portal is created specifically for sellers who have been able to access the “Own Fleet Tracker” only
• Q: Can I use the SOFP to upload multiple PODs at a time?
A: No. The status update by the system will only allow a single order status to be updated at a time
• Q: Do I still need to update the “Own Fleet Tracker” form for the POD upload?
A: Please discontinue on using the form once your user ID has been enabled for the SOFP as they are not linked
• Q: What will happen if I still do?
A: You will need to re-upload your POD by using SOFP as the previous link to your form might be lost. To ensure a smooth
payment processing we strongly advise you to use the SOFP as your POD upload method
• Q: When will the “Own Fleet Tracker” form be disabled?
A: The form will be disabled anytime after the SOFP launch date which is on 20th August 2018 at 8.00 a.m
