Objective of the Activity: To be able to make a cellphone holder made from old jeans cloth that
will develop or improve patients’ ability to follow a pattern.

Procedure:
1. Paint the bottom and flaps of the cut-out jeans cloth with any figure or color.
2. Let it dry for at least 5 minutes.
3. Fold the bottom part upward then fold the flaps inward.
4. Firmly press the folded parts.
5. Insert the shoelace and tie it.

patients a sense of autonomy and develop their matching skills.

Ribbon
Paper clip
Connected or matching pictures made of chipboard (parachute and clouds, bunny and
easter egg, shirt and shorts etc.)

Procedure:
Objective/s of the Activity: To be able to make a DIY pen holder by connecting the folded
construction papers altogether that will help in improving the hand- eye coordination of patients.
Materials:
Procedure:
1. Connect the folded construction paper by inserting it in the holes of each other.
2. After connecting 24 folded construction papers, paste the first part with the last part using
a glue making it a round shape.
3. Do this until three layers will be created.
4. Put a tape inside to connect the three layers.
5. Glue half of each paper strip to the bottom part of the pen holder.
6. Attach the round- shaped chip board as base by pasting the other half of paper strip on it.

2. Spin the bottle who will be the one to say something about the chosen picture.
3. Ask the patient what he/ she knows about it.
4. Additional inputs will be given by the student nurses.
5. Evaluate it by asking the patients again about what have been said.
