Fovero Catering Service- "a catering service", different from other catering, Fovero

Catering offers combination of organizing your venue and giving your guest deliciously

scrumptious Filipino dishes that they will enjoy at an affordable price. Fovero Catering

Services is the key to achieving your dream event worth of celebrating. Your guests wants

to satisfied and have fun at the event you will be having, and they want to enjoy the

festivity while being able to socialize and get in touch with other people.

III. Executive Summary

Our intention of starting a catering service business in Metro Manila, Philippines is to

deliver the best quality catering service at an affordable price to a wide range of

customers.

Our services will offer catering for parties, outdoor events, weddings, holiday parties,

birthday parties, corporate events, christening, anniversary and special events.

Work will always be in going when it comes to working with our clients to give them the

best service. We have mastered our plans on how to execute that. At Fovero Catering

Service, we are going to take professional in working with our clients to deliver high quality

and delicious meals and excellent services while working with their budget. Our

customers don't need to break the bank to get the best foods and services from us.

As part of our plans to make our customers our number one priority we have perfected

plans to work with our clients to provide customized services based on their budget. We

will be involved in delivery services for our clients, rental services, event management

and consultancy services.

At Fovero Catering Service, we will go the extra mile to give our esteemed customers

value for their money irrespective of the size of their budget. As such, we do not intend to

turn any one down, because of the meager amount of cash they may have.

Fovero Catering Service is own and managed by Mr. Jimiwell Bernabe, a notable and

award winning cook in the Philippines. He will be bringing his experience to help Fovero

Catering Service grow to become the number one choice in the whole Philippines and

also a one- stop- shop when it is about catering services.

Company Ownership

Fovero Catering Service – “catering service” is a sole proprietor business. Jimiwell

Bernabe is the principal owner. It is Mr. Bernabe’s intention to offer food services industry,

that involves the planning and organization of food and beverage services for various

types of events. He began his Catering Service career at the age of 20 working in a quick-

food service operation and holds a BS degree in management. After earning his degree,

he worked for a regional cuisine services. In these organizations he held the positions of

Assistant Manager. Jimiwell Bernabe received his catering/culinary management from

Far Eastern Polytechnic College. After graduation he was employed by a local catering

service incorporated as the Director of Catering Coordinator and Office Staff. With the

high turnover of help for startup catering, we will rely on family to fill in where required

until we are off the ground and making a profit.

Company Locations and Facilities

Fovero Catering Service will range in size from 6,000-12,000 square feet and will seat

from 200-600 guests. Each location will feature authentic themes that will satisfy the

customer’s desires. The company location is very favorable that it is located inside the

city limits of Metro Manila. The facilities will be based on the pax that the customers

needed and the packages of the event that the clients demands.

Services

Customers demand that food and presentation quality is consistently high, which is why

this Fovero Catering will strive to maintain the best quality possible. Our ingredients

include high quality products and many goods are baked fresh daily. The food styles of

catering will include vegetarian, low-fat, dairy-free and allergy-free options and we plan

to modify individual meals at our customer's request. Our desserts include freshly baked

cookies and dessert bars. Salads will come with the customer's choice of dressings,

packaged on the side. We will offer one variety of dressing that is homemade in our

kitchen; others will be store-bought individual packets. Beverages will be available for

purchase and will include a variety of fruit juices, sparkling water and soda. Buffet must

be ordered three days in advance so that our staff has adequate time to prepare the meal.

A minimum order of 10 is required for all buffet style services. Food products for meal

preparation will be purchased by the Fovero Catering marketing manager at local grocery

wholesalers, using a business account. Fovero Catering Service will provide quality dining

seven days per week. There would be a proper location for different kinds of events that

will offer.

quality of Filipino foods that are currently available in Philippines. Fovero Catering will

offer a large menu repertoire, from traditional favorites to creative inventions. All of the

food and drink items served will be done under strict supervision with a high authority.

The catering service will offer catering for parties, outdoor events, weddings, holiday

parties, birthday parties, corporate events, christening, anniversary, special events and

other assorted parties.

Fovero Catering Service will also provide such a special packages or promos for such a

specific events that can acquire of every customers. This promos will be affordable for

the budget of every customers. Fovero Catering Service provide online service that our

customers can inquire or have a reservation online, that can be more accessible for all

customers having a loaded schedule.

We think that our value proposition is quite clear and quite easily distinguished from most

others in the market. We offer affordable and accessible service and menu items as

measured by their inherently natural value, at an affordable price that will encourage our

customers to acquire our service.

strong competition for the business of catering services. It's so hard to start a new

business because of so many competitors that's why it's needed to make a business that

is unique, something extraordinary. Only strong business will survive and prosper.

With this strong competition the founder of Fovero Catering Service realizes the need for

differentiation. The Fovero Catering Service offers the combination of organizing the

event and the preparations of delightful foods. One thing also that will make Fovero

Catering Service different is that it will serve Filipino dishes.

finest performance to the beneficiaries, we hired the trusted people, experts and

professionals. They are responsible for organizing the whole event. The customers are

able to help with our staffs in order to get their desired appearance of their event. They

can negotiate with to what is affordable for them.

The company also suggests a perfect location that fits the event. We talk to the proprietors
