Site Medical Doctor Responsibilities

1 To act/In-Charge as project site Medical Doctor responsible for Health & Medical Short Term

2 To provide primary healthcare service, including first response Short Term

3 To arrange hospital referal and medical evacuation to nearest hospital (RSUD Medium Term

4 To assess health work hazard and risk surrounding project site. Hazard Hunt/Health Short Term

5 To inspect accomodation, food production (kitchen) and canteen facilities hygiene Short Term
inspection

6 To support and participate in the site HSE program including HSE Induction, Medium Term
Emergency Response Team (ERT), Safety drill, Medical Evacuation Drill, etc.

7 To conduct case monitoring for any referred patient and evacuated victim Long Term

8 To prepare weekly periodic report related to Health & Medical Services provided
on site
9 To Manage clinic inventory of medical equipment and supplies Short Term

10 To Supervise the paramedic on location (Organigram HSE including Doctor and Short Term
Paramedic
To Evaluate MCU result all personnel on location
11 (PRA/Prospero/Harco/NOV/Supreme Energy) and others service company working Medium Term
on location

12 To Perform Weekly HSE & Health Talk (Rig PRA#7, Rig PRA#9 and Base Camp) Short Term

- Evaluation of clinic visit base on symptom and illness of personnel

who working at Rig PRA #7, Rig PRA#9 and base camp (daily, weekly &
monthly)
- Evaluation of medicine usage and Perform inventory of medicine stock

- Perform on site training related basic first aid, how to handle snake
bite, heart attack, Injuries, etc. (Weekly)
- Perform Hygiene Inspection of Canteen facilities & living quarter at
mini camp and base camp (Weekly)

- Perform Health Hazard Hunt (Weekly)

- Medical Services Report (Weekly)

- Perform Health Hazard & Risk Assessment (Monthly)

- Medical Summary Report (Monthly)

- Diagnosis report (Monthly)

- Work Incident Summary Report (Monthly)

- Evaluation of medicine usage and Perform inventory of medicine stock
