Procedure to send data and scanned onboarding documents.

Send the following information to Eduardo Galindo (eduardo.galindobernal@tcs.com) as a part of On Boarding

Process.
In a single mail put the following information

1. Write Basic Information

a. RFC
b. Date of birth
c. Name
d. Tcs emp id
e. Tcs email id
f. TCS joining date
g. Pre-TCS Experience (in years)
h. Total Experience
i. Technology
j. If you have worked for BANAMEX any time in life, as DIRECT employee (YES or NO)
k. If you have worked with Banamex, then help to give your old SOEID.
l. Contact No (Mobile)
li. Address
lii. personal email

2. Attach On Boarding Documents

Download, print, sign , scan and send back the following documents that can be found in Fresco Docs in
following link: https://docs.fresco.me/folder/5110917

You can log using Ultimatix credentials and go to Folder named "Data and Onboarding Scanned Document" and
download the files.

• A. CV_Nombre_del_Asociado.pdf Resume/CV latest, copy of the same. Please make sure that TCS is
mentioned as current employer.
• B. IFE_Nombre_del_Asociado.pdf Scan copy of both sides of IFE (good quality) (PDF only, and small
size PDF)
• C. Declaracion_de_parentesco_-_Espanol_Nombre_del_Asociado.pdf
• Create three versions of the same document, one with current date, the second with date 20 days ahead
and the third with 40 days ahead.
• D. Code_of_conduct_Nombre_del_Asociado.pdf
• Create three versions of the same document, one with current date, the second with date 20 days ahead
and the third with 40 days ahead.
• E. Non_employee_ABC_Disclosure_Questionnaire_-_Espanol_Nombre_del_Asociado.pdf
• Create three versions of the same document, one with current date, the second with date 20 days ahead
and the third with 40 days ahead.

Please put the 5 documents in a ONE zipped folder titled with your name.
MAKE SURE, all documents associate send as separate PDF, and make sure the size of PDF is small (Max 4
Megabytes), have good resolution and reading clarity

You will create 3 versions of that folder, where the differences are by the different dates of C,D and E
documents. Example
