DEED OF CONDITIONAL SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Conditional Sale made and entered into by and between:

_____________________________________, single/married, Filipino, with postal

address at _________________________, Pampanga, and hereinafter referred to as THE
SELLER;

-and-

_____________________________________, single/married, Filipino, with postal

address at _________________________, Pampanga, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER,

WITNESSETH that:

1. The Seller is the registered owner of the following parcel of land, which
are more particularly described as follows:

2. The SELLER is willing to SELL, and the BUYER is willing to BUY the
aforesaid real property, subject to the fulfillment by the BUYER of certain terms and
conditions stated hereunder;

3. For and in consideration of the sum of ________________________ PESOS

(P_____________) Philippine currency, the SELLER conditionally sells, transfers and
conveys the above-described property to the BUYER under the following terms and
conditions:

3.1. The sum of ________________________ PESOS (P_____________) or

30% of the purchase price shall be paid by the BUYER to
the SELLER as down payment upon the execution of this
document;
3.2. The balance of ________________________ PESOS (P_____________)
shall be payable in three (3) monthly installments of
________________________ PESOS (P_____________), as follows:

4. The SELLER undertakes to make the property free and clear from all
occupants, caretakers, informal settlers, as well as all liens and encumbrances.
Should the SELLER fail to eject any such occupant, caretaker, or informal settler on
the lot on the date specified, SELLER shall return all amounts paid by the BUYER to
the SELLER.

5. Upon full payment of the purchase price by the BUYER, the SELLER shall
issue a DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE in favor of the BUYER.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their signatures

this acknowledgement is written. Moreover, they represented to me that the

purpose stated therein; and declared that if any of them acts in a particular
representative capacity, he has the authority to sign in that capacity.
