    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

    The student with this letter, Ylof A. Ylasco and Alfin Vincent B. Omosura,
    wishes to attend “2019 Provincial Skills Competition” being held March 20-22,
    2019. They have selected to represent the Asian International School of
    Aeronautic and Technology and compete against to other school. This event
    allows this student the opportunity to improved their skills and also for
    representing and promoting AISAT to other schools. They will compete in the
    Graphic and Design (Alfin Vincent B. Omosura) and Information Network
    Cabling (Ylof A. Ylasco).

    Please excuse this student for this 2019 Provincial Skills Competition event. If
