MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

Skillsjob.Org & Jobwaala.com

Jobwaala.com is a recruitment startup which works to fulfil the manpower requirement exclusively for
BPO and E-commerce sector.

We are happy to announce our partnership with Skilljobs to participate in recruitment process for our manpower
requirement. This partnership is going to be non-commercial.

With this note, Jobwaala.com will reach out to Skillsjob.org with the open positions to explore the right match
which will help skilljobs to place their students. there is no commercial transaction involved for this act between both
of the parties.

Agreement Terms & Conditions:

 “Jobwaala’ shares the manpower requirement basis the clients need with our partners. Jobwaala
has the rights to decide to share the open positions with Skilljobs or any other partner at any point
of time.

 The MoU is valid from 25th-Jan’19 to 25th-Jan’20 and can be extended/terminated by either party
any point of time.

 Jobwaala or Skilljobs can terminate the contract anytime. There is no commercial transaction
involved between Skilljobs and Jobwaala. Both parties are helping each other for mutual benefits.

 Skilljobs can’t contact our clients by any medium (By themselves/third party) during the contract and
till next 12 months of the termination of the contract.

 Skilljobs is dealing with “Jobwaala.com” and the point of contact is going to be “Deepak Agrawal”-
Business Head- only for any dispute/concern/query.

 The clients name has to be confidential, Skilljobs can’t disclose the client name.

 There is no monetary benefits involved between Skilljobs and Jobwaala.com. Neither Skilljobs nor
Jobwaala.com can expect any compensation/monetary benefit while working with each other in any
situation.

 Either party may request changes to this MOU. Any changes, modifications, revisions or
amendments to this MOU which are mutually agreed upon by and between the parties to this MOU
shall be incorporated by written instrument, and effective when executed and signed by all parties to
this MOU

 Any dispute arising with regard to any aspect of this Agreement shall be settled through mutual
consultations and agreements by the parties to the Agreement.
