ACADEMIC SECTION
Second Mid Term Examination in the Even Semester 2018-2019 is scheduled during 25 March, 2019
(Monday) - 29 March, 2019 (Friday) as per the Time Slots given in Table 1 for UG/PG/Ph.D. programmes.
Lecture/Tutorial Rooms/Theatres allotted to different departments for conducting II Mid Term Examination
for II/III/IV Year B.Tech Students and M.Sc./M.Tech./Ph.D. students examinations are given in Table 2. The
schedule and the seating plan of II Semester B. Tech. examination are given in Tables 3 & 4, respectively.

(i) Mid Term II Examination of Open Elective Courses (offered to VIII Semester B.Tech. students) is to be conducted
by the concerned department as follows:

Detailed seating plan and rooms allotted for Open Elective Courses are given in Table 5. All departments are

(ii) The Mid Term II examination of Basic Management (Course no. BMT499) course offered by the Management
Department to the following three departments: Computer Science & Engg., Electronics and Communication, and
Electrical Engg. will be conducted on 29 March, 2019 in the time slot 8.00 AM - 9.00 AM in the rooms allotted to
these respective departments for Mid Term 2 exam (Refer Table 2). These respective departments are required to make
their time table accordingly. The Management Department will make the seating plan utilizing the rooms allotted to
these Deptts. and notify the same to the concerned students.
