“RESOLVED, the Corporation shall open and maintain a local current account at BPI Ayala II Branch (Basement), for
the purpose of accommodating the payroll of the employees and to facilitate efficient transactions.

RESOLVED FURTHER, the Corporation hereby authorizes EVA BRUGGEMAN, and/or JEROME BODINEAU, to sign,
execute and deliver all documents, including, but not limited to, the bank account application and signature cards,
to implement the foregoing resolution.”
