EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT

of Estate of the late


MELQUIADES M. PASUMBAL

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate made and executed in


the City of Batangas, this __________________, by and among:

TERESITA R. PASUMBAL, widow, of legal age,


MARIA ALETA R. PASUMBAL, single, person with special
needs,
KIMBERLY MARIE R. PASUMBAL, single, of legal age, and
JOHN EMMANUEL R. PASUMBAL, single, minor, and all
residents of Kumintang Ibaba, Batangas City;

WITNESSETH:

That the above-named parties are the sole and legitimate heirs
of the deceased MELQUIADES M. PASUMBAL, who died on 23
November 2018, at Batangas City. The copy of his Death Certificate
are hereto attached as Annex “A” and made an integral part of this
document;

That the deceased died intestate without Will or Testament and


without any outstanding debts in favor of any person or entity;

That the deceased left a parcel of land, situated at San Antonio


Compound, Sampaga, Batangas City, which is more particularly
described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot 3-C-1-B of the subdivision


plan (LRA) Psd-430371, approved as non-subdivision
project, being portion of Lot 3-C-1, Psd-04-185833,
Record No. F. Patent situated in the Barrio of
Sampaga, City of Batangas, Province of Batangas,
Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., points 2 to 3
by Lot 3-C-1-A of the sub. plan; on the SE., SW., and
W., points 3 to 5 and 5 to 1 by Lot 3-C-9, Psd-04-
185833 (Road); and on the NW., points 1 to 2 by Lot
3-C-1-C of the subd. plan. beginning at a point
marked “1” on plan, being N. 39 deg. 44’E., 255.01
m from B.B.M. No. 80, Cad-264, Batangas Cadastre.
Containing an area of One Hundred Thirty- Five
(135) square meters.

Eight (48) square meters.

That pursuant to Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the


parties herein have agreed to adjudicate unto themselves, the interest
of MELQUIADES M. PASUMBAL, from the above-described
property;

That they hereby affirm, that they have executed the foregoing
instrument out of their own voluntary free will, without force,
intimidation, or violence upon their person and that they have no
claim or demand against each other;

That the Articles 1621-1623 of the New Civil Code of the


Philippines have been complied with and likewise not covered by
CARP LAW. That the above-described parcel of land is registered
under P.D. 1529 and maybe registered thereunder.
