Activities – Outbound Sales Project

Acquisition of Outsourcing Projects:

Assess the available outsourcing projects, contact the clients. Get the contract signed and
understand the SLA

Resource Planning:

We will arrange all the required resources for successful and smooth functioning of the projects.

 Hardware and Software Requirement (Dialler, VOIP, Systems, server etc.)


 Manpower (Hiring & Training of agents, supervisory staff)

Operations:

Will manage the day to day call center operations (5 days a week) to ensure maximum profitability
and client satisfaction. This will include training & coaching of supervisors & agents, performance
management & appraisal, client communication, catering to technical challenges and requirements,
exploring new business opportunities for expansion.

Finance:

We will ensure correct and timely invoice is sent to the client and regular follow-ups for payment.
Detailed monthly report will be presented to all stakeholders.

Business Model:

Will be working on a revenue sharing model (15% of each invoice).

For the first 3 months the company should not expect high outcome from the process as it takes time
for the process to get stable. So 4-5 months financial backup for sustainity should be kept in hand.
