Menu Explanation :

CHA HSIA CHI’IU (Deep Fried Shrimp Ball)

It’s hot appetizer made from shrimp pork mixture with dipping sauce. Dipping sauce is made
from rice, vinegar, water, fresh red chili,spring onion, maizena and water.

HAI XIAN SUAN LANTANG (Hot and Sour Soup)

It’s hot thick soup made from chicken stock, grated, ginger, dice tomato, tofu and mushroom.
Garnish with spring onion.

HAINAN JIFAN (Hainan Chicken and rice)

It’s made from chicken rice, serve with chicken soup, rice,bok choy, slice cucumber and chili
dipping sauce.

YANG ZHOU CHAO FAN (Yang Zhou Fried Rice)

It’s made from fried rice with egg, peas, scallion, and garnish with green onion on top.

DOU SHA GOU BING (Sweet Red Bean Pancake)

It’s sweet dessert made from pancake (flour, egg, cold water, oil) with sweet red bean paste (
red beans, lard, sugar).
