Universe seems to be a fairly complex place. There are nine
million known species of life on Earth, at least 500 billion
planets in the Milky Way, and an estimated trillion galaxies
containing innumerable stars and in the visible Universe.

However, with all this complexity and enormity, nature has

always maintained one rule; it all appears simple.

The rain, the snow, the flying birds, the beautiful clouds, the
green earth and the blue sea, all of them demonstrate a
stunningly simple view of this extremely complex system of
atoms and waves and energy.

Learning from this, Possimple has the vision to help

01 IDEA CREATION AND MANAGEMENT
For  Possimple, Idea Management is a structured process of generating, capturing, discussing
and improving valuable insight or alternative thinking that would otherwise not have
emerged through normal processes (Karlsson, 2010). We create original ideas which are then
discussed with prospective partners and a mutual agreement for future processes (see below)
are developed. The main focus during the idea management process is on being original and
creative, on being simple yet substantial and on being economically feasible and functionally
executable.

02 WORK SYSTEM DESIGN, IMPLEMENTATION AND CONTROL

This involves the radical design/redesign of core business processes based on an original new
idea or based on partner’s existing business areas. The objective is to achieve dramatic
improvements in overall business’ economic yield, productivity, cycle times and quality. A step
by step design documentation is done for both systems and processes as well as for the teams.
Adequate training for the valued team members is always a part of such partnership. All efforts
are made to either create an ERP based execution and control system or synchronize the new
systems and designs with the existing ERP network of the partner. Possimple takes
responsibility till the sufficient outcome and validation of such system is done to the extent of
completion of the desired and agreed economic cycle/s.

03 PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Sometimes, the situation, the new idea or partner/s’ needs demand a separate project to be
executed instead of running a system based approach. Possimple, takes responsibility to design
and execute as well as monitor and control such Projects till the time of the agreed closure of
the scope of such projects.
