Starting with the essay………..

“ Trn Trn” , the bell rang as there was someone already known . The man opened the door and here I
come, the writer of this essay MEER BALACH QAISRANI from BCE-3A.
Now going to my biography, I had my Primary Education from BLOOMFIELD HALL SCHOOL. I
studied there till I completed my OLEVEL’s. After the end of 7th standard I emerged myself into Event
Management and Social Activities. It included different events like Teachers Workshop, Student
Seminars and Indoor Social Events.
During my years of OLEVEL’s, I became the part of different workshops, I participated as the delegate
of Russia at City School Model United Nation, i had different study tours and attended different
Representatives Meetings.
Going to my ALEVEL’s. I did my ALEVEL’s from BEACONHOUSE MULTAN. IN this period of two
years. My volunteering work started from the first concert we organized. I was the Head Organizer and
Security Head at BEACONHOUSE MULTAN MODEL UNITED NATION. After this I was the
Security Head at Escapade Mega Event. I went as a participant at ISAAC Atchison College.
These events taught me a lot and motivated me towards social activities and building up confidence to
face any type of Scenario. I had attended different Scholarship Seminars lead by Speakers from different
Foreign Countries.
Completing my ALEVEL’s I came to COMSATS Abbottabad for my bachelors. My first semester was
actually a boring one, because I spent my semester monitoring societies so that I could join one. In the
start of second semester I came up with a decision joining IEEE as a volunteer. On the first meeting that
there is much to explore but I felt myself under good mentors.
During the Student Week SP18 I came up with organizing E gaming. There I learned a lot and had that
event with record breaking participation. Going to my participation in IEEE. I worked as the Security
Head at (Jump Start Pakistan). I organized Latex Documentation Workshop under the Coordination of
KHUSHAL KHAN. I worked as organizer at SSBC & IEEE Collaborative Session of Interviews. I
worked as organizer and member of Protocol Team at Departmental Visit and Project Display. I worked
as organizer at Satellite Making during World Space Week and also worked as Photographer at Cyber
Bulling Seminar.

In new sessions I was the Coordinator of Free Lancing Workshop with organizers VISAL KHAN and
ZUBAIR. The Workshop had a lot of number of participants, making it an inspiration. I worked as an
organizer at IEEEMADC Session which was Coordinated by HUZAIFA SALEEM KHAN. I worked as
organizer at Electrical Engineering Department Farewell SP18. At the start of SP18 I was selected as the
Membership Officer at Probation Period.
Going to Student Week FA18, I worked as an organizer at Brain Battle Event lead by MARYUM
NASRULLAH. Consecutively in Student Week I again organized E gaming Event Coordinated by
HUZIAFA SALEEM KHAN.
I was the Coordinator for Opening Ceremony and Walk of IEEE for Student Week FA18.
And now here I am, I have applied for the post of VISE CHAIRPERSON IEEE. Before going to
present, I will like to share something related IEEE as it has now become my family. There are much
Unity issues, many parallel coordinating problem. Our Society as being an International Society has lack
of spoken English. We have some Executives with English speaking in a “Bengali” accent which makes
a bad impression of the Society inside and outside the University.
The post for which I have applied is considered among the Highest Post in the Society Student Branch
due to some qualities. This post requires a person with some leadership qualities with a planning with
could gather the members of Society under same platform and thinking. The person could take up
supervision and could notice the weaker members and take them at front. The person should have a
friendly nature so that the members could feel easy working with him and able to come up with some
suggestions.
And I think I have those qualities to work under these condition and fulfill the demand of the post I took
Oath for.
If the Jury selects me as a capable person for this post then I would have a planning for continuing
according to the requirement. I will firstly I will like to introduce English Learning Workshops so that
our every member would feel enough confidence to speak in English representing the Society. I would
be focusing more on weaker members so that I could take them on front showing up their talent. I have a
quality of working with inner personality of a person which makes it easy to coordinate and build up
interest in the member. New members are mostly shy of speaking up and giving up suggestion and if I
would have a close relation with them they will not feel shy.
I am actually against of gathering more number of members for society. I want less members in my
Society those having quality of work with them, I actually don’t want lazy and uninterested people.
And every person can become better by participating and taking himself at front.
