SUBJECT: Letter of Appointment

Dear Purander Mukherjee

In accordance to our discussion, we have pleasure in appointing you as Manager Sales with effect from

18 February 2016

Your appointment shall be subject to the Terms & Conditions as follows:

1. APPOINTMENT

a. Your Gross Salary will be Rs.30,000/- per month.

b. For any Revenue coming to Company from your client, the incentive would be 20 % of the revenue generated
in case of resale deals when client handled by you or 5% flat when only inventory is provided by you to any
sales manager and there is a deal. In case of Bhiwadi sales you are entitled to an incentive of 2 % per sale.

c. You shall not communicate in any manner your remuneration, Terms of Employment to any other employee
of the company. Any violation of this norm shall lead to termination of your services immediately.

2. WORK RULES & REGULATION

a. The normal working hours of the company will be 10:30am to 6:30pm.

b. You will be entitled to one leave Every Week on the day you prefer giving prior notice to the company.

c. Any extra leave will be deducted from your salary.

3. NOTICE PERIOD

a. In case you are absent for 3 consecutive days apart from the sanctioned leave without the consent of
management, you shall be deemed to have left the organisation.
b. In case you plan to quit the job, then you should give a notice period of 2 month in writing. The Company at its
discretion may require the employee not to attend office during the notice period. In case the employee
wants to be relieved at a shorter notice, the Company at its own discretion, may waive the
period of notice or part of it and recover salary in lieu of notice period waived.

c. On acceptance of the resignation notice, you will immediately give up to the


company all correspondence, specifications, books, documents, cost data, market data,
customer data, literature, drawings, effects on record etc. belonging to the company or
relating to its business and shall not make or retain any copies of these items.

4. CODE OF CONDUCT

a. You shall not at any time during the continuance or after resignation/termination of your employment
hereunder, divulge either directly to any person, firm or company or organization or use for yourself, any
knowledge, information, formulae, processes, methods, compositions, idea or documents, concerning the
business and/or affairs of the company or any of its dealings, transactions or affairs which you may acquire or
have come to your knowledge during the course of or incidental to your employment. All customer relations,
goodwill, franchise, improvement or design conceived by you while in our employment of the company shall
become the exclusive property of the company. For the Purpose of this clause ‘the Company’ shall in addition
to PICK A HOME Pvt. Ltd., mean and include other firm, person or company, subsidiary or affiliated with it.

b. While serving the Company, you shall work diligently and devote the whole of your efforts exclusively to your
duties with the Company. You shall not engage yourself, directly or indirectly, without the prior consent in
writing of the Company with or without remuneration in any trade or business, occupation, employment,
services or consultancy nor shall you undertake any activities which are contrary to or inconsistent either with
your duties and/or obligations under this appointment or with the Company’s interest.

c. You will not disclose Company’s database to any competing company. If found guilty you will be penalized
with your 5 months Salary.

d. Please do not ask for Advance Salaries.

Please confirm that the terms and conditions in this letter are acceptable to you and that you accept the appointment
by signing a copy of this letter.
