Note:
Every Representative is required to present a clear & visible PRINTOUT of this Entry Pass at the time of entry to Convention.
No baggages/bags and eatables will be allowed inside the venue (IGI Stadium) due to security reasons. Kindly leave all your belongings at
your hotel/accommodation before coming to the Venue.
The entry to the venue will start at 8 AM for each day of the convention, IT IS TO BE STRICTLY NOTED THAT NOBODY SHOULD REACH THE
VENUE PRIOR TO 8 AM, AS IGI STADIUM IS A VERY SENSITIVE AREA AND SECURITY IS VERY STRICT.
All Representatives must carry their Original Govt. Issued photo ID (mentioned during Convention Registration) for entry.
Representatives are advised to carry their eBIZ Identity Card all the time during the National Convention.
Representatives will be fitted with a band on their wrist upon entry to the National Convention.  This band must remain intact on the wrist
throughout the 3 days, if such band is removed, torn or tampered with then such Representative shall be denied entry.
The timings for the National Convention 2019 would be as follows:

Mar 16th – 9 AM – 9 PM

Mar 17th – 9 AM – 9 PM

Mar 18th – 9 AM – 3 PM
Each pass has been allocated a specific Gate, which is mentioned on the top right corner of the pass. The participant shall only enter from the
designated Gate, entry from any other gate shall be denied.
No vehicles will be allowed inside, only those having a vehicles parking pass shall be allowed to bring their vehicle inside the venue parking.
Hence, if you do not possess a parking pass then do not bring your vehicle to the venue.
The entry will be validated by electronic means and every pass with a unique identity number will be allowed to enter once. Any duplication of
the passes would be easily identified and will result in immediate termination from eBIZ as per the terms and conditions of the company.
