AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT
I, DOUGLAS F MOSES, American, of legal age, and a resident of
No. 29 Copper St., Tacay Road, Pinsao Proper, Baguio City,
Philippines, having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby
depose and state:

1. That I am the lawful husband of Mrs. GLENA MODESTO

MOSES, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of No. 29
Copper St., Tacay Road, Pinsao Proper, Baguio City,
Philippines;

2. That I hereby signify my written consent, freely, willingly and

voluntarily to allow my lawful wife Mrs. Glena Modesto
Moses to sell, alienate, and dispose over the parcels of land
situated at Brgy. San Nicolas West, Agoo, La Union,
covered and embraced in the Transfer Certificate of Title
No. 025-2011000928 (with Tax Declaration No. 2011-01-0035-
00997 and with an area of 2,601 square meters), Transfer
Certificate of Title No. 025-2011000929 (with Tax Declaration
No. 2011-01-0035-00996 with an area of 137 square meters),
Transfer Certificate of Title No. 025-2011000930 with Tax
Declaration No. 2011-01-0035-00998 with an area of 4,093
square meters, Transfer Certificate of Title No. 025-
2011000917 (with Tax declaration No. 2011-01-0035-00995
with an area of 3,892 square meters) which were all
registered in the name of my wife. The particular
description of the properties were indicated in the Transfer
Certificate of Titles which are hereto attached;

3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the

foregoing facts as to my undertaking to give consent to my
wife without any force, threat, intimidation, or coercion.
