Create an effective manpower planning and budgeting for organization and subsidiary companies.
Managing complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent involving head hunting, posting/sourcing
the profiles through job portal; scrutinizing, short listing & Identifying specialized candidates; scheduling &
conducting interviews, pre-employment tests.
Understand the skills required for the particular position, and draft the job descriptions accordingly.
Co-ordinate with different recruitment consultants/ agencies for the prospective resumes. Be in constant
contact with consultants for clarifications, updates, coordination etc.
Conduct HR interviews of the candidates as well as taking the interviews.
Screening and short-listing profiles, brainstorming with line managers for final shortlist
Negotiate salary and other offer terms with selected candidates.
Maintaining an exhaustive data bank of prospective candidates.
Executing joining formalities for final selected employees
Preparing Monthly Recruitment Reports
Handling the induction programme for the new joinee.
Performance Management:-
Initiating Performance Appraisal Process of employees along with their reporting manager.
Formulate KRAs and KPIs and competencies required to evaluate employee in accordance with company goals.
Compile all data needed for annual salary review and performance appraisal analyses
Handling confirmations reviews and taking care of training analysis for those unable to clear the confirmation.
Facilitating and giving feedbacks.
End to end process maintenance.
Ensuring timely completion of PMS.
Generating Performance Appraisal Letters - With / Without Increment.
Updating personal file & HRIS with respective appraisal.
To plan, organize and assist in effective implementation of HR policies to improve HR performance and
optimizing employee productivity.
Deal with complex disciplinary/Grievance and HR issue.
Plan various initiatives for employee engagement and rollout yearly engagement calendar.
Create multilevel engagement and communication platform to resolve employee issue and build employee –
organization connect.
Employee separation
Manage employee separation process,i.e. conduct exit interview and analyze reason behind separations.
Analysis of attrition report and represent to management and assist action plan.
Retention of high potential employee.
Personnel:
Making employees aware of various HR policies.
Maintaining Personal files, Personnel Records and Confidential Records of all employees of all regions.
Generating Various letters - Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Probation Letter, Contract
Letter, Warning Letter, Termination Letter etc
Marking sure that the separated employee's accounts are cleared within specified period.
Helping employees to avail various benefits available to them as and when required.
Handling the HR Audit.
Maintaining Important documents like Leave records, Attendance Register, Wage Register, Muster Rolls etc.
Handling employee grievances.
Query Handing (Queries related to Salary, ESI, PF, Gratuity, Maternity, etc.)
Close interaction and meeting with Vendors/Managers on a regular basis
Maintaining Monthly Headcount, New Joiners and Attrition Report.
