II. GENERAL OBSERVATION

Alexis is a Bachelor of Science in Psychology student from Rizal

Technological University. He appears to have a good hygiene. Alexis is has an

average height and weight, with a thin build. He is a right-handed.

He was born on November 14, 1992 in Manila, and now aged 25 years

old. His mother is the servant of their church and his father is a retired steelman

who were both a senior citizen. His eldest sister is the breadwinner of their

family. Alexis shared that he is much more close to his mother than to his father

because of its past treatment to him. He can confidently say that his relationship
with his father is now better than before in spite of his experience with him in the

past.

He mentioned that he is not talkative and shy when he was young. He

also said that he wants to have an average body built.

IV. TEST RESULTS AND EVALUATION

Draw a Person Test

The test results shows that the client is self – oriented and

responsible for environmental press with feelings and expansion and aggression.

The figure may be a projection if the ideal self – image or projection of parent

figure. He was an evident to schizophrenic individual whose striving towards

accomplishment for power are power that are strong but fantasy bound. It shows

that the client tends to have depression, intellectualization, obsessive –

compulsivity, emotional cold distant, or controlled personality among neurotics.

This shows that the client has an anxiety due to his shyness in his childhood. But
the client shows that he has an impulsive behavior resulting into becoming an

evident into exhibitionist. It also appeared that he has an anticipation of

resistance to fantasied attack because of his realistic thinking and not an evident

to fantasic thinking. It also shows that the client engaged in maternal

dependence due to its close relationship to his mother. The test also showed that

he has virtility symbol and feminine identification dealt with bi – narcissism and

tends to have a homosexual trend. The test shows that the client is sexually

precautious but tends to have a hidden personality of being a sexually

preoccupied. The client has a good relationship with the environment resulting

into being concerned with social facts.

The overall drawing showed that the client has self esteem and

openness to everyone. He is interested in what will happen in his future and has

the tendency to act out one’s fantasy. He showed that he has mild anxiety

resulting into a minor inaccessibility to his friends and other relatives. He secretly

protect himself from people but he has a direct contact with the environment. The

test also shows that he is an evident to a depression due to his scarring events

from his past. He is also a homosexual and an evident to have narcissism.

Sach’s Sentence Completion Test

The client expresses only positive feelings towards father despite of

bad relationship before.The test showed that the client is confident with his own

abilities and believe to excel in everything that comes to him despite of having a
weakness resulting into becoming a goal - oriented person who wants to achieve

the highest goal in life. It also shows that the client express only positive and

responsble behavior in supervising others. The client is experiencing the area of

conflict in fears, The client is afraid of embarrassment and being alone. He

wishes he could lose the fear of losing his parents because he has strong

dependence towards his mother and he also really care for the health of his

mother. His goal is to be successful in his life and he'll prove the he can be what

he wanted because his family treats him as their only hope. He also appeared to

be contented in his family despite of different treament of his father to him from

his siblings before.

Bender Visual Motor Gestalt Test

The test result shows that the client tends to have an aggressive

acting out behavior and tends to have a regression.The client appeared to be a

normal and average individual. The test also shows that the client can logically

approach to his everyday problems and has a planning ability.

V. GENERAL SUMMARY:

The INTRAPERSONAL ability of the client shows inadequacy

especially with the relationship with his mother. He is a selflessness

individual who always look forward for his goal for the bright future of his

family. The client also showed that he is confident when it comes to his

own abilities.
 The EMOTIONAL function of the client is adequate in terms of

having expressed positive feeling toward negative things that comes to

him and hiding depression. It can lead into having an aggressive and

impulsive behavior resutling into acting - out behavior.

The SOCIAL aspect of the client shows openness and extraverted

personality to everyone that can lead into being concerned with the social

facts and good relationship with the environment. There is mild anxiety

resulting into a minor inaccessibility to his interpersonal relationships.

The SEXUAL aspect of the client shows positive attitude towards

heterosexual relationship despite of giving up on having it. feminine

identification dealt with bi – narcissism resulting to having homesexual

trend. It also showed that the client is sexually precautious but tends to

have a hidden personality of being a sexually preoccupied.

The DEFENSE MECHANISM used by the client is indirect

compensation to replace his inferiorities with superiorities and reaction

formation to repress unacceptable feelings such as anxiety.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

Infancy

The client is the youngest child among his 5 siblings. He said he is

the planned end product of his parents.

Babyhood

The physical and emotional development of the client is completely

normal. According to him, his mother said that he was able to talk

when he was 2 years old. His mother took care of him when he was

still a baby.

Childhood

He used to play with other children despite of being scared and shy

meeting new people. According to him, he is not that talkative that's

why it is not easy for him to make friends in the early adulthood. He

started to study when he was 5 years old, the begginning of the

 development of his personality. He became active and talkative, a

reason for him to become an honor student.

Adolescence

He achieved the normal built of his body. He fully developed his

real personality, being a homosexual, a reason for him to become

treated unwell by his father. He started to have hobbies such as

watching televisions and playing online games. He is currently a 3rd

year BS Psychology student who excels in every subject to become

what he wants to become.
