What is Front Office Department?

It is the one of the many department of the hotel business which directly interacts
with the customer when they first arrive at the hotel.the staff of this department is
very visible to the guests.
Front office staff handles the transaction between the hotel and it's guests. The
staff receives the guests,handles their request,and strikes the first impressions
about the hotel into their minds.
