Chapter 1

Introduction

1.1 Proposed Name of the Company

The name of the company is Home for the Cerebral Palsy Patient (HCPP). It is

based on the the name of Home for the Aged because the company want to help those

people who has CP (Cerebral Palsy), especially those less fortunate people, the

company want them to have a comfortable therapeutic center and a home.

1.2 Description of the Business

The business name of the company is a health care services.

 Mission

 To help those CP patient.

 To help those less fortunate family that has a CP patient.

 Vision
 To provide the needs of the CP patient.

 To provide equipment that can help to prolong the life of the CP patient.

 Objectives

 To touch the hearts of those fortunate people.

 To help the burdens of the family that has a CP patient.

 To prolong the life of the CP patient.

Organizational Plan

2.1 Form of the Business

The HCPP organization will be having an equal partnership, if the organization will

suffer from financial turmoil the organization will held a fund raising events such as:

Walk for a cost, We are one ( fun run). And it will only depends on a donation of the

people, who are willing to help for the medication of the patients.

2.2 Liability of the Business

The organization chooses limited liability so that if the organization will suffer from

dissolution, the personal assets of the members of the organization will not be moved.

2.4 Roles and Responsibility

 General Manager ( Carmel Maglasang)

 The one who will monitor and lead the business. A general manager should

have patients and responsible for any outcome in the business and should

have a good governance. She should have a disciplinary action to the

employees who disobeyed her to make her employees follow and respect

her as a general manager in the company

 Financial Manager ( Danica Lazarte)

 The one who will monitor the sales and the money of the company. A

financial manager should have patience in analyzing the finances for the

business and she should be responsible for any outcome in the business

when it comes to finances.

 Operational Manager ( Yasser Macagaan)

 The one who monitor the daily operation. The operational manager should

be more strict to the employees to have a better outcome in the business.

 Purchasing Officer/Custodian ( Noraida Mambuay, Alries Alin, Daniela

Sabaquia)
 The one who hold in safe keeping, asset, securities and also assign in

marketing, and give the staff the things that’s needed. They should be a

good keeper, wise and responsible.

 The organization set an appointment in every patient that will come to the center to

have a therapy to avoid crowded and polluted environment and for the patient to

feel comfortable in every session that is scheduled for them to have a therapy.

3.2 Production Process

Before performing the therapy, first the employees are going to take vital sign and

put the electrical stimulator (ES), then perform the exercise using the gym equipment

halfway of their exercise. The employees are going to set their “during” vital signs then

proceed the exercise, fourth is the Active Range of Motion (AROM) exercises, after

doing the activity we are going to set the “after” vital signs. Lastly the employees are

going to serve the patient a healthy food for their healthy living.

 These are the production cost of the organization. The things that are listed above

are needed to have a successful and peaceful organization. The budget of every

equipment or utilities are being estimated by the members of the company.

Chapter 4

Marketing Plan

4.1 Product

The services that the organization offered to the patient are very unique because it

can help to prolong the life of the patient that has a cerebral palsy trough the physical

therapy that is offered by the organization. The organization can give the patient the

treatment that the patient needed.

4.2 Price
The organization will use the Lifestyle Pricing Strategy to help those less fortunate

family in giving care and proper treatment to their cerebral palsy patient. The

organization aims to give treatment to the patient at the affordable price and high

quality of equipment given to the patient in giving therapy.

4.3 Promotion

The organization will use the sales promotion to give discounts to the family that

cannot afford in paying a physical therapist. The organization is not build to gain money

but to give proper treatment and help to the cerebral palsy patients.

4.4 Place

The organization will design the place with different pictures of exercises that will

be given to the patient, the color of the building will be white and a little bit of sky blue to

give peaceful and warm to the eyes of the patient. The organization will also put some

toys to give entertainment to the patient while treating them, the walls will be covered

with sky blue wallpaper with some animals design in it. There will be a flat television

hanging on the wall and some mirrors placed in the corner of the room. There will be an

alphabet mat placed on the area of toys. The blankets will have a design of animals

with a mint green background.

4.5 People

The primary market of the organization are those cerebral palsy patient that is in

the area of Iligan city. The secondary market will be those patient that suffers from
stroke and the tertiary market will be those cerebral palsy patient that is located in the

different part of the world who wants to visit our organization to have therapy.

4.6 Package

Each patient that will visit the organization will be given a kit with thermometer,

cotton balls, alcohol, a piece of stuff toy and other first aid materials inside in the kit.

The medicine kit will have a design of animals with a sky blue background in it to give a

soothing design that is appropriate to the patient. It will look like this:

4.7 Position
The tag line of the organization will be, “ HCPP, A Place Where Treatment Starts”.

Just by reading the tag line the patient’s family will be interested in going to the

organization, it is catchy and it explains what is the goal of the organization.
