2. To engage or appoint any solicitor, counsel, advocate pleader or lawyer to
conduct the said suit.
3. To apply for inspection and inspect documents and records, to obtain
copies of documents and papers.
4. To prosecute the said suit and proceeding to sign and verify all plaints,
pleadings, petitions or documents before the court and to deposit,
withdraw and receive documents and money from court or from the
defendant either in execution of the decree or otherwise sign and deliver
proper receipts on behalf of us and discharges for the same.
5. To compromise the said suit in such a manner as the said attorney shall
think fit and he shall sign on the compromise deed on behalf of us.
6. To generally all other acts and things for the conduct of the said suit as we
would have done same, if we were personally present.
