Project overview and Problem Statement

MHRMS of Hospital is one of the extreme important of health care system in Military Hospitals
and in any Military health organization. Mostly the Hospital works done on manually the manual
management system is one of the most expensive and time consuming process because the all
patient entry, record , admissions, fetal cases, disease wise, unit wise, daily, weekly, monthly,
quarterly and yearly reports managed manually due to which the process take more time, more
human resources and more expenses and another major disadvantage of manual system of
hospital is that the organization cannot store all manual data for a long time due to misplace and
damage of manual data and paper work all track records are finished so an automatic or
computerized Management System. Military Hospital Report Management system is the most
cheapest and efficient management system for hospital because the reporting of Hospital is
managed in efficient and cost wise fashion and the instructor or the person efficiently managed
the system on computer and store large amount of data quickly for a long duration and on the
basis of requirement of data the instructor can easily find out he keeps records of patient medical
history and all type of required reporting on click. Also the login system is extreme important in
any type of management system, using a login system we can easily manage the data and give
specific access.

INTRODUCTION

In any health care system the MIS of Hospital is very important criterion which is used for
various purposes. These purposes include about the record keeping of in-door patient, medical
history of patients, medicine history, provision of multiple scheduled reports etc. indoor patient
medical record is approximately need 90% for review at any time any date and any year
therefore the MIS of Hospital and its login system is very essential for quick response and keep
record for large amount of data. Through login system we can easily assign the task and sub task
of works persons or employees who are managing the whole system. In our project different task
and work to employee who is managing the whole hospital report management system in admin
login system and administrator manages and controls. The administrator can manipulate, edit,
delete, update and insert data from Admission book maintained daily at Medical Reception
Center. The traditional Manual System of Hospital is one of the complex and time consuming
maintenance system and this traditional system need offices, paper sheet or book in taking MIS
of Hospital. This method could easily allow for impersonation and the MIS sheet could be stolen
or lost. Managing the MIS of Hospital is time consuming and it is difficult to ascertain the total
number of patient admitted or discharge in any Hospital. The manual MIS of Hospital facing and
challenging lot of problem now a days because the increase in population and the diseases it’s
very important to manage all system quickly but that’s not possible in manual system of
Hospital. Therefore the digitalized or computerize MIS system is very essential for track record
of all Hospital management system. . Thus, there is a need for a system that would eliminate all
of these trouble spots.
An automatic MIS of Hospital would provide the better solution for store and manage large
amount of data and its work quickly and efficiently. An offline automatic management system is
a module developed for daily to quarterly Hospital management system. It facilitates in
generating reports and evaluating the patients and history while it also helps in taking decisions
by higher authorities in respect of health of troops deployed in different areas and sectors.
It illustrates about the different diseases suffered by soldiers and on the basis of these important
reports a hospital can be upgraded to provide more health facilities and induction of human
specialties and electro medical instruments.
This software will also help administration section in presenting different type of data like
disease, unit, brigade, formation and category wise to different evaluating and visiting teams and
for audit purposes.

LITRATURE REVIEW

Mostly Military Hospital management system is done using different books which is a time
consuming process and this manual system requires lot of stationary materials and human effort.
SYSTEM OVERVIEW

The proposed system provides a better solution to manage all hospital data efficiently through
computerize login method where an employee login on their site and manage data easily and
efficiently. For managing and processing different entry the authorized person firstly login on
their login site after that the concern person access the specific requirement of form which they
need an admin site login all data an administrator access and manipulate while in counter only
the patient entry update delete and generate report process access.

Objectives:-

Hospital management system module 1 meets the following objectives:

 The computerized system for quick access to data.

 Timely reporting.
 Management system using data base management system.
 Bring transparency and fairness in all records system.
 Ensure data integrity, privacy, and security in an open-access environment.
