1. Requests that the situation of Afghanistan needs to again lean in the direction of “Nation Building” particularly in
areas in the north west of Afghanistan that have been completely freed from the Taliban regime and secured by
Afghan and Foreign forces, while simultaneously committing more military targets to finally bring an end to the
nearly 2 decade long conflict in keeping with the Charter of the United Nations;
2. Affirms that the United Nations should play a central role in supporting the efforts of the Afghan people and
others in the reconstruction and stabilization of Afghanistan;
3. Suggests that all foreign military assets (predominantly US soldiers) stay in Afghanistan and have a slightly less
numerous forces of UN peacekeepers added to their numbers, this is too ensuring the Taliban never achieve
victory in Afghanistan by expelling all foreign troops in their way;
4. Calls on all Afghan forces and personal to refrain from acts of reprisal, and to adhere strictly to obligations under
human rights and international law to ensure the orderly and secure movement of United Nations and associated
personnel, as well as personnel of humanitarian organizations;
5. Request a small percentage of Afghan armed forces to merge with the UN peacekeeping force to both increase
cooperation and train and develop the Afghan armed forces;
7. Encourages Member States to to ensure the safety and security of areas of Afghanistan no longer under Taliban
control immediately, and to verify the deceleration of Kabul as the capital for all the Afghan citizens, and
especially to protect civilians, United Nations and associated personnel, as well as personnel of humanitarian aid
and assistance organizations;
8. Recommends the construction of a “Ring Road” connecting Afghanistan’s 4 main city similar to the plan that was
attempted to be implemented in 2002 by the USA that, if accepted by the Afghan government, should:
a. be completely suitable and durable for extreme wear for decades to come,
b. have designated state should be assigned sections of the road to build,
c. the UN’s peacekeeping force or military assets from said member states should act as security for the
construction of such road,
