movimiento

Resumen

Evidenciamos la importancia de las ideas de Gordano Bruno, contemporáneo de Copérnico y

Galileo, respecto al movimiento de los cuerpos. Sugerimos introducir en los programas y libros de
texto desde nivel básico la figura del Nolano. Nuestro estudio histórico-crítico nos permitió
encontrar las fuentes principales de Bruno para fundamentar sus conclusiones sobre el Principio
de Relatividad (PR), hasta hoy, adjudicado a Galileo Galilei. Nos apoyamos en la teoría de los
Modelos Mentales y Conceptuales en la enseñanza de las ciencias. El reconocimiento del
movimiento de los cuerpos por estudiantes de este nivel es imperativo. Debe lograrse antes de la
resolución de problemas. Permitiendo comprender e interpretar el movimiento de forma
cualitativa, deseando sean capaces de aceptar, interpretar y justificar sus respuestas dando
sentido al uso de ecuaciones físicas y advirtiendo la necesidad de un sistema de referencia.

The “Nolano” Giornado Burno’s ideas, necessary condition (perhaps enough) to mathematize the
movement

Summary

We would like to highlight the importance of Giornado Bruno’s ideas, contemporary of Galileo and
Copernicus, with regarding to the movement of bodies. We suggest including the figure of
Giordano Bruno in basic-level programs and textbooks. Our historic and critical study allowed us to
find the main sources of Bruno in order to substantiate his conclusions about the Principle of
Relativity (PR), until today, awarded to Galileo Galilei. We supported it in the theory of mental and
conceptual models in the teaching of science. The acknowledgement of the movement of bodies
by students at this level is imperative. It should be achieved before resolving problems. Thus, it
allows the movement to be comprehended in a qualitative way, we hope students were able to
accept, interpret and justify their answers making sense of the use of physics equations and noting
the need for a reference system.
