Design and implement a voltage buffer using NPN transistor and brief the characteristics of it.

10. Measure reverse voltage, reverse current (with illumination) and reverse current (without
illumination) using suitable diode which exhibits photo voltaic effect and tabulate the readings.
12. Using a light activated relay circuit illuminate the given LED and give a brief explanation about its
principle of operation.
13. Design and implement an oscillator in which a phase shift of 180ᵒ is introduced by resistors and
capacitor components and derive the theoretical frequency and justify its compliance with the
practical frequency.
14. Design and implement a Colpitts oscillator and verify the practical oscillation frequency with
theoretical value.
15. Design and implement a circuit that converts AC voltage to DC voltage only for the positive half of the
given input and calculate its ripple factor and percentage of regulation with and without capacitive
filter.
16. Design and implement a circuit that converts AC voltage to DC voltage for both positive and negative
halves of the given input and calculate its ripple factor and percentage of regulation with and without
capacitive filter.
17. Calculate the gain and CMRR for the differential amplifier using FET and tabulate the readings.
18. Differentiate between active filter and passive filter. Design and implement a low pass filter using
passive components and calculate its gain.
19. Differentiate between active filter and passive filter. Design and implement a high pass filter using
passive components and calculate its gain.
20. Using Cathode ray oscilloscope observe sine, square and triangular waveforms and then measure its
corresponding amplitude, frequency and phase respectively.
