Definition
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or endurance
training or resistance training using high-intensity in sequence
of several exercises that focuses on different parts of
muscles.
Components of fitness developed
Circuit training is the most time efficient way to enhance
cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance. Studies show
that circuit training helps women to achieve their goals and
maintain them longer than other forms of exercise or diet.
Examples of the methods
Push ups, Burpees, Mountain climbing, Sit ups, Shuttle runs,
Squat jumps, Lunges, and etc.
Reasons why to use this method of training?
1. Combining strength training and cardio to give maximum
results.
2. Workouts can be short but still extremely effective.
3. Increasing your metabolism.
4. Beats exercise boredom.
5. See actual results faster.

6 Repitition circuit
- 15 Push ups
- 30 sec Plank
- 24 Lunges
- 30 Sit ups
- 20 Burpees
- 15 Squat jumps
- 2 laps sprinting around the court
Strengths
- We can control everyone to do the exercise.
- Everyone participate.
- We manage the time well.
- We show example of how to do each exercise.
Weaknesses
- One of our group member came to school late (Bhu).
- We have some problems managing groups in the first
round.
- Someone don’t hear when we said that the time is over
and they have to change to the next exercise.
How to fix the problem
- Use the whistle to grab everyone’s attention.
- We didn’t show how to do the exercise for every exercise,
so everyone might not know how to do it.
- We have to increase the time for break, because it was
too short.
