1. Reference is made to subject tender.

2. It is apprised that technical opening of subject tender was carried out on

27-03-2019. During initial scrutiny of technical quote submitted by your firm following
points were highlighted which are required to be addressed on immediate basis:-

(a) It may be confirmed by providing necessary documents that your firm is

security cleared. Otherwise additional documents as mentioned at Para 33 of
Invitation to Tender issued against subject case are required to be provided.
Moreover, your firm will also be required to apply for security clearance if not
already cleared.

(b) All required documents as mentioned at Para 33 of Invitation to Tender

issued against subject case like bank statement, audited accounts, company
registration details issued by recognized body in domiciled country, list of major
clients and references, copy of CNIC and 02 passport size photographs of
person signing tender etc are required to be provided if not already provided.

(c) Name of beneficiary and foreign bank complete address with accounts
detail for letter of credit has not been provided.

(d) Confirmation certificate that no taxes / duties and dues payable to

Government are outstanding at the part of vendor / firm is not provided.

(e) Details of principal link with OEM not provided.

(f) Original Letter of authorization by firm authorizing person signing the

tender to sign tender on behalf of firm not provided.

(g) Principal registration details / trade license issued by recognized body

in domiciled country is required to be provided.

(h) It may be confirmed that quotation is without any condition and all the
terms & condition of tender are acceptable to firm.
 (j) Undertaking that your firm and their proprietors have not been in
litigation / blacklisted by any Govt, Semi Govt / autonomous body.

(k) Validity of quotation is not as per tender. It may be confirmed that validity
of quotation upto 30-06-2019.

(l) Bid security is required to be provided according to invitation to tender in

shape of CDR / pay order / demand draft.

3. Security clearance of firm is mandatory before participation in tender. Firms

having applied for security clearance or those intend to apply for security clearance
soon after tender date can also participate in tender after submission of following
additional documents. However firm will be required to apply for security clearance
immediately after tender submission

4. Keeping in view foregone, kindly address the above mentioned points and
submit complete documents till 31-03-2019. Otherwise your quote is liable to be
rejected. No query will be entertained after due date.
