1. What is a good paragraph?

Answer : Paragraph is a writing of scientific work or essay in sentence where

the writing begins with a new line. Usually in a writing or paragraph sentence
is made rather entered into with a few spaced beats with the aim of being able
to give ideas or ideas from the author. The cmponents to make a good
paragraph are consisting of :

a. Main idea
b. Supporting sentence
c. Adding details
d. Concluding sentence

2. How to make a good paragraph?

Answer : Making good paragraphs can be done in three ways, namely ;

a. Indent
b. Capital letter at the beginning of a sentence
c. Period at the end of a sentence

A paragraph can be said to be a good paragraph if you have several conditions

as follows ;

a. Completeness

Completeness means complete. A nerve can be said to be good if it has

complete parts. Parts-parts of a paragraph include : Main sentence,
explanatory sentence and if a paragraph does not have one of the above,
the paragraph is not a good paragraph. However, despite having these two
parts, paragraphs cannot be ascertained as well because there are still
several other indicators.
 b. Unity

Unity is a good paragraph requirement which means unity. The purpose of

unity in paragraphs is parts-paragraph sections like the main sentence and
explanatory the paragraphs have one unit.

c. Coherence

Coherence means coherence, so paragraph can be said to be good if they

are arranged together.

3. How to find a main idea?

Answer: Each paragraph must have a main idea. To find a main idea, you can
look at the general statement in a paragraph.

4. Is it important the supporting sentences? Why?

Answer : Yes, supporting sentence are used by the author to clarify the main
idea. With the presence of supporting sentence, the main sentence of a
paragraph becomes stronger and easier to understand.

5. What do you mean by concluding sentences?

Answer : I think the concluding sentences is a must talk about information

discussed in paragraph. The concluding sentence has some characteristics as
follows:

1. Review the main points stated in the paragraph.

2. Restate the topic sentence (don’t introduce the new topic/ idea).

3. Located in the last paragraph.

In making a summary it is easy, but we must first read the paragraph and after
that make a paragraph into a sentence as concise as possible, because from the
summary we can better understand the main idea of the paragraph.
