Dream Cruise requires an amount of gratuity non-refundable deposit minimum of SGD 21 per
night per passenger (In Total SGD 42 for 2 Nights – Per Passenger)
Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Hotel requires an amount of tourism tax non-refundable deposit
minimum of MYR 5 per night per passenger (In Total MYR 15 for 3 Nights – Per Passenger)
Per day per person only ½ liter water bottle will be provided in the hotel room, If you want more
you have to buy on your own cost (Or) you can refill the same bottle in the breakfast / lunch / dinner
restaurant counters if they(i.e., management) allows
Mineral Water Bottles – Will not be provided during tours / travel you have to use / carry your
own refill bottles while touring
Consumption of Liquor / Alcohol is not allowed during tours / travel. If anyone caught you, you
will be fined as per the country rules and regulations policy
Sightseeing’s / attractions may be swapped a day before or after as per our convenience and
flexibility which will be informed prior to the guests

Tips for guide, driver, housekeeping, room service, bell boy etc.,
Driver will be act as guide no separate guide will be there the entire tour
Guide will be available with the extra cost as per the visiting country policy
Personal expenditures like soft drinks, mineral water, medicines, hospital, shopping transfers, sim
cards, phone calls, tips, porter age, mini bar etc.,

Terms & Conditions:

Traveler should be Indian passport holder
Accommodation will be on sharing basis in AC room
Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited during tour and travel
Air tickets & package will not be cancelled, postponed or refunded after confirmation
Should carry an original government issued photo ID card (Example: Driving License, Pan Card,
Voters ID, Aadhar Card etc.,)
Passport validity wouldn't be less than 6-months from returning date for international travel across
the world except Malaysia which is 9-months required (Expired passport holders can't be travel)
The company – Om Tours & Travels / Tour coordinator / Manager / Leader is not responsible for
not visiting any of the sightseeing due to time constraints experienced to mechanical failures of vehicles
or any other weather problems etc.,
