So this is how it works.
You need to make up upcs using the barcode generator and print them off.
They should be for things like athlete names and equipment names AND there should be spaces ad
If you start in A1 on the Equipment Check Out Sheet : you will scan their equipment barcode then t
then scan the quantity. The time will automatically fill in for you through a macro in excel (magic)
when they come back you will place a capital Y in the "checked back in?" column.
Every one who has not yet returned their equipment will be on a list to the right.
Athletes must be marked with a capital "Y" to come off the list on the right of the page.
At the end of the day just Highlight A5 through E5 and down then right click and choose "Clear Con
