Lifestyle factors are the modifiable habits and ways of life that can greatly influence
overall health and well-being, including fertility. Many lifestyle factors such as the age at
which to start a family, nutrition, weight, exercise, psychological stress, environmental
and occupational exposures, and others can have substantial effects on fertility; lifestyle
factors such as cigarette smoking, illicit drug use, and alcohol and caffeine consumption
can negatively influence fertility while others such as preventative care may be beneficial.

Things to avoid
1. Dairy products
2. Cut out Coffee and Chocolates
3. Stop Eating Red Meat
4. Avoid eating chicken.
5. Avoid cold water in any case rather it is for washing purpose of vagina or for drinking purpose. Try
to use warm water.
6. Avoid fast food specifically pizza, shawarma, pasta and pickled food etc.
7. Avoid drinking colored cold drinks like sting, redbul, pepsi and coca cola etc.
8. Avoid taking food that can cause any type of bloating (gass) and constipation etc.
9. Avoid taking the food that can cause weight gain like sweeting agents, cakes and other sweet
products.
10. Avoid overeating and undereating as well.

Beneficial things
1. Castrol Oil
Massage gently on lower abdomen with warm castrol oil. It will relax the muscles around
abdomen area and will also alleviate pain and cramping. This is one of the effective and safe home
remedies for fluid in uterus.
2. Vegetables
Eat cabbage (band ghobi), cauliflower (phool ghobi), celery (ajwain) and kale in your daily diet
reduce high estrogen levels in your body. This will reduce the accumulation of fluids in your
uterus. Eating strawberries is an excellent way to get the vitamin C your body needs.
3. Heat
If your symptoms are acting up and you need relief, heat is one of the best home remedies you
have at your disposal. Heat can relax the pelvic muscles, which can reduce cramping and pain.
You can use warm baths, hot water bottles, or heating pads to treat cramping effectively.
4. Turmeric
You can take turmeric capsules, or make turmeric tea by boiling one cup of water and adding a
teaspoon of both turmeric and ginger powder. You can also add honey and lemon. Drink this three
times daily while experiencing symptoms, and at least once daily when you’re using it for
maintenance.

At the end I would like to say dear please take care of yourself. Says prayer regularly and relax
yourself. Eat the meal at right time (regularly) don’t miss even a single meal because it can
disturb you B.P. During your periods take rest for 1st day and drink warm milk or tea and avoid
taking medicine during periods. Do care of your hygiene especially during periods and Avoid
using single pad for more than 8 hours.
