Project 3: Portable data acquisition system using PDA Role: pcb design
Project Description:
The measurements and process the collected data for visualization has become increasingly
important. So the data acquisition system using PDA is introduced to make the system portable.
Because of its portability, we can use the system anywhere to take measurements. In large industries
this portable system is more useful to take measurements like temperature, pressure etc at different
parts of huge machines where stand-alone systems are inefficient. . Acquired data is displayed,
analyzed and stored on a PDA. Data acquisition system communicates with PDA using serial port.
This Board mainly contains rectifier, LDO, PIC MICROCONTROLLER,
max232, switches, transistor and relay.
