EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Management ideas without any action based on them mean nothing. That is why
experience is vital for any management studies. Theoretical studies in the classroom are
not sufficient to understand the functioning climate and the real problems coming in the
way of management. So, practical exposures are indispensable to such courses. Thus,
practical experience acts as a supplement to the classroom studies.

In this project the main objective is to gain more & more knowledge in the field of
finance which will help in increasing my skill & my organizational work experience.

This project is also very helpful & beneficial for all those people who keen to know about
liquidly and financials position of the business as our country is developing at a good
velocity.

In this data have been collected from a manufacturing industry of the project topic
“Comparative financial analysis between Dominos and Pizza hut”. As the procedure
of Customer Behavior are same for all problems except for one or two additional things.
So for basic knowledge it is the best suited industry.

The research design that has been used in the study is Descriptive, Research has been
carried out by using secondary data collection method.

Researcher has tried to give maximum analysis and suggestions to the organization so as
to improvise the organization’s weaknesses.
